We offer a full range of orthopedic services including:

Sports Medicine
Both physicians are team doctors for local High Schools, offering their time to
assist teen athletes with injuries and prevention. Drs. Douthit and Michelsen also have expertise
with adults who are not professional athletes but who are active and have injuries from running,
hiking, tennis, golf, and other physical activities.
Saturday Fall Sports Clinic
As sports injury specialists, Drs. Douthit and Michelsen offer a clinic designed especially for
athletes who sustain injuries in football, cheerleading, volleyball, soccer, cross-country, and
any other fall high school athletic program.
Our special clinic is open on Saturdays only and starts at the beginning of athletic competition
and runs through the end of the fall season. We open our doors at 7:00 a.m. and the doctors see
athletes on a first come, first served basis, with no appointments made or required.
During this clinic, athletes come along with their parents and coaches to be examined by our
doctors. We have x-ray capability and staff members standing by to help with scheduling any further
treatment that may be required.
The health of our athletes is extremely important to us at OASIS, and we strive our very best to
ensure they receive the best treatment possible.
Dr. Douthit and Dr. Michelsen are team doctors for Frisco, Centennial, Prosper, Princeton, Caddo
Mills, Celeste and Wolff City High Schools.
